We kick off #LoveYourBookstore with a fantastic bookstore in a fantastic town: The Book Loft in Solvang, CA. You’ll find it housed in a super cute Danish-style building on Solvang’s main drag. (The Hans Christian Andersen Museum is upstairs!) They invited us to do a reading and signing when Once Upon a Weasel came out. Our book reading was so successful that great staff at The Book Loft invited us back when Wild Wild Weasel debuted, and we’ve done other weekend signings just for fun since then! In case you don’t know: Solvang is a charming Danish-themed town in central California’s wine country, just about 30 minutes north of Santa Barbara. You’ll find great food, including super delicious baked goods. Go visit Solvang, and when you do be sure to visit The Book Loft! Tell them the World of Weasel team sent you! #loveyourbookstore
